Consists of the Ashakir and the Krazmeni.
They are famed and feared throughout Latebra as mercenaries, honorable warriors, and vicious bandits. While Mercenaries in other realms are viewed as lowly, one who is a mercenary in Beregad, and has been for a fair amount of time, commands great respect and social standing.
In the beginning they were one and the same but then the Ashakir split and built their own culture while the Krazmeni remained true to their nature.
  • The Ashakir have given up the nomadic lifestyle and decided to build permanent homes and sanctuaries.
  • The Krazmeni continue to live their nomadic lifestyle.
Despite some small differences and some seldom hardheaded individuals, they respect each others culture.
