Privan

Welcome to Privan, a world with war, torture, and slavery. Privan was once a peaceful world with no war and all races lived in harmony apart from the Elves who the Dwarves enslaved.   This was until an unknown power even to the gods themselves created turmoil between the mortal races by corrupting Smednir the Dwarven ancestor God of the Hearth, Smednir had a lot of worshippers as he protected people when they were their most vulnerable at home.   When this unseen force caused Smednir to go mad, the other gods just thought he was playing around and joking as he was always a happy god and will protect anyone. As the roots of the corruption bore deeper within Smednirs mind he became a recluse confining in his champion Thorek Ironbeard, a devout follower and a traditional man. They began working on someone malicious within the Dwarven keep of Gomkolduhr on the continent of Savona but, Devona protector of the sun knew something was happening and went to investigate.   The Sun God Devona with a contingency of Hearthguard who knew that their God was filled with ill-intent went to Gomkolduhr to confront the now corrupted God Smednir.   This is when the great schism happened between all Dwarvish kind and the great Uplift of the Elves.
