Head of House

Head of House is an informal title used to refer to those who lead the Noble Houses of Eridane.
Usually this role goes to the oldest child, though in some Houses it goes to the oldest male child.  In addition there are numerous cases of other children being assigned or taking over the duties of Head of House either because an older sibling has other commitments or is otherwise unable to serve as the leader for their House.
