Pagos Sea
The Pagos Sea, unlike the Ilios Sea, has a much warmer climate. Though there are many monsters that call the Pagos Sea home, they are no more dangerous than regular beasts of the land, like large sharks or water elementals. The more dangerous aspect is the storms Marin whips into being at the drop of a hat.
Geography
The Pagos Sea, which lays between Arator and Qahila, is warm and bright, with soft currents and clear waters. Marin's grudge against Qahila is most obvious in the Pagos Sea, when she whips the waves into a frenzy and sends the sky into wild winds. The trade routes are varied and often take different amounts of time as the type of weather the boats will get is unpredictable and depends on the mood Marin is in.
Localized Phenomena
Marin's storms occur at any time and can send even the calmest of seas into a frenzy. The waves she creates can overwhelm even the strongest of boats, and because of them most merchant ships employ druids to work for them while sailing the Pagos Sea. Those who can't afford such weather changing magic must simply take their chances and pray to Marin for mercy.
History
The Pagos Sea used to be the calmest of oceans, until the creation of Qahila occured. Now as revenge Marin makes travel there difficult in the hopes that the country will die off, though this is unlikely to happen.
