Yzar
The odd village
Demographics
It was concluded that only humans lived in Yzar. Neither were someone poor nor rich. It seemed that everyone had the same wealth. Furthermore only Nivali people lived there.
Government
The village was run by an old man who called himself the speaker. Unfortunately he only spoke himself but rather for the people but they seemed to not be bothered by it. The old man made the decisions, held trials and made sure that everyone attended the daily prayer. He even was responsible for naming newborn children.
The speaker was assisted by the hearer, his right hand. That man were responsible for the guards and somehow he knew everything what happened in the village. Those information were usually given to the speaker so the leader would know about rumours.

Defences
For no reason they built great wooden palisades with towers surrounding the village. The only entrance where on north side so that no one from Vandaryen could enter. Even a small moat had been digged out.
Infrastructure
Yzar was very sealed off from the rest of the world even if it laid within the borders of Vandaryen. But the inhabitants wanted to live alone. To be fully independent they built there own watermills, windmills, roads, bridges and a tavern which was the center of the village.
Guilds and Factions
The entire village was run by a cult who believed that they were chosen to rebuild the society if the world would have been end. They did incest and sometimes sacrificed they own children.
