Talusians
The Talusians never left home; they just expanded it. At least that's how they prefer to think of the events involving the Howl and Uldi. The caves and covered valleys that were once home to the Aqein now provide security and wealth to the Talusians.
After winter subsided, the Talusians made to follow their brethren westward. In the warmth of Spring, they looked to their old homeland with longing and decided to abandon their migration. They made landfall to see what could be saved from the frozen peaks of Talus. When they arrived they discovered the halls carved into the rock were barren except for the occasional corpse of an unlucky Aqein. They reclaimed these spaces whenever they uncovered one, for the Aqein were a reclusive folk, and their halls were hard to come by.
The Talusians had to dig for their homeland but what they have since restored of it are halls of stone that stretch from mountainside to mountainside.
