The Lost Word

The Lost Word is a religious order that holds to an ancient spiritual practice passed down from the time of the Vrolua. They believe that the spirit of one's body exists distinct from its physical form. They utilize bide stones in various fertility rituals which seek to bind the spirit of nature to Prominence. Adherents of the Lost Word are known as Wanderers. They can usually be identified by the necklace of silver chain they choose to wear. This chain is a physical representation of the binding of word. 

Bide stones are treated as sacred relics in their religion and are even passed down from generation to generation. There is no chief deity for adherents, however, they do claim to worship the lost word, a word forgotten to time which is thought to be an utterance of creation. They pray for the restoration of this lost word believing that it can permanently bind a spirit to their body, granting one eternal life.
