The Spark of Idren

The Spark of Idren is what remains of an old moon which collided with the Green Mother moon many quarternions in the past. The spark is a small moon. When it approaches Prominence, it ignites in a shower of sparks. The tidal forces exerted by this moon, when it is in alignment with the Green Mother and Naur, cause large waves that make sailing on Prominence a feat for only the bravest of souls.
The moon is named after Idren's Forge, the smallest of the two suns that make up Prominence's binary star system. A legend states that Idren struck his anvil so hard that it shattered into a shower of a thousand-thousand sparks. One flaming spark ignited the night sky and gave the gift of fire to the Olna.
