Founded by Wellsley Wells, the Wells Trading Company had been around for nearly two centuries. It provided goods acquisition services, as well as transportation services, for a price to the people who have purchased any of their Member Tiers. While a Member Tier was not necessary to use their services, it did provide a significant discount to them depending on the Member Tier purchased. For years it rivalled the Talvari Trading Company on equal footing, however once the Talvari Trading Company acquired Patrick, their rivalry spiralled very quickly to the side of the Talvari.A Bronze Tier Success
Over time, companies decided that the costs of their Member Tier and the actual services they availed themselves of would be better spent with other companies who provide better and cheaper services. Because of this, the Wells Trading Company was slowly falling apart, however the suddenness of their disappearance is still unexplained, as their fall would have taken significantly longer than the time it took. The owners and propretiers simply disappeared one day, the goods in the building all gone, all ships sold off bar one which also went missing, and their child left behind. It is rumoured that the entire company was a front for criminal activity, however nothing has ever been proven and the owners have never been seen since.Tiers Above Other Traders

Wells wells wells! -I'll see myself out- Kidding aside, what a lovely article! I like the little mystery behind the disappearance of an entire company. And leaving a child behind, how cruel is that?! What happened to that kid? Is he trying to find his long lost parents and reopen the company for business? Keep up the good work! :D
I'd love to tell you the answer to that, but that child has grown and has become one of the adventurers in my upcoming campaign called The Sunken Tides of Chaos!
