Felziver - The Choosing (FELL-zih-ver)
Felziver is the annual ritual to test for magic ability in the town's youths. Those who pass are given free tuition and travel expenses by the Council. It involves touching the Founders' Stone, a magical relic, and waiting for it to glow from within.
