Purpose / Function
To keep records of supernatural activity and to track down children with supernatural abilities
Design
The inside of the building is of a square shape. Near the entire is a long silver reception desk which often has three people behind it. The floor is covered with white tiles and dark red carpet where the waiting lounges are. The walls are a creaming white colour with silver highlights. The roof is also a creaming white with three bladed fans every four metres apart. The upper floors are are filled with plain grey office cubicles, with dark blue carpet covering the floors and three bladed fans every five metres apart.
Entries
There are two revolving doors at the front of the building and an elevator to get to and from the underground parking.
Architecture
The front of the building has two revolving doors and is mostly plated glass. The rest of the building in made out of concrete and has the appearance of a normal office building in Detroit.
History
It was built in the 1980’s when the first signs of supernatural powers started appearing
