When a person with this ability is born any and all electronic devices within a 10m radius are over flooded with energy. Often the ability stays dormant until the person hits their teens, but it can be awaken sooner with a large amount of electricity is flowing through the person’s body.

Has the ability to form electricity from they hands and absorb electricity into their bodies to release it later, but are unable to touch any form of conductive material without it cursing injury to another if they were touching the material without protection
