Unstable ability

Technically not a disease, the “Unstable Ability Disease” was a result of the FBSA scientists doing many operations upon one person.

Causes

The FBSA scientists assume that the cause of the disease was the amount of operations they’ve done on one kid.

Symptoms

Unable to control their abilities.

Treatment

Proper treatment for the disease is unknown. Some assume that once the body has fully acquired or rejected the operations, the person should be able to control they ability again. Others assume that they’ve change to much of the person’s DNA that they ability is no longer able to be activated.

History

Only one is known to have this disease, Charlie #310712. He’s in an unstable state of mine and body.

Cultural Reception

The other children were ordered to advoid his room and not to talk to him. That didn’t stop Naomi from doing both of those things and so far nothing has happened to her.
