Goblins of Fostara

High Chieftain Gharl leads his band of goblins at Fostara Tower. The royalty of Beltonia have given up on retaking the Tower as they are in ruins and the plains are overrun by orcs and centaur. However the Commander of the Guard, Petra feels that it is not a lost cause and wants adventurers to clear out the Goblins from Fostara Tower and slay the chieftain. They find the Burning Goblin Clan performing a ritual to summon a beast from the Plane of Fire.
