Cambrai Road District

Cambrai Road District is a slum on the outskirts of Desmarais. Tightly packed streets full of small markets and shady bars make up the bulk of The District. It is outside the wall of Desmarais and runs along the eastern road out of the city. Within the district is Runtown, a wooden shantytown where some of the most crooked of Desmarais's population reside.
Within the Cambrai Road District there are a few organizations, most notably the Cambrai Boxing Club. Anyone looking for a good fight in Desmarais typically finds themselves in the Boxing Club's underground fighting ring. There are also a variety of thieves selling stolen wares, and open air markets for more common goods.
