Elkian Sees A Vision of Naito

Freya reaches out to Elkian and says, “Elkian, I am reaching out to you to show you what I have seen while wandering the Astral Plane. It is critical that you see this as well. Naito is further along than any of us could have imagined.”    Elkian sees a vision:   Thick, black smoke fills the sky, creating a false night as you find yourself soaring over an undisclosed location in Caldria. Mountains ranges fill the space beneath you as far as the eye can see. In the distance you see massive bonfires burning across the mountains. Singular points of light spread out across the ridges beneath, hundreds and hundreds of individual fires. As you fly closer into the range you see bodies, masses of moving limbs, by the thousands hoarding and banding together around the fires. Deep, echoing war drums are resounding off the mountain walls as this force gathers. As you fly in closer, you see the same blue and purple glowing eyes piercing through the haze of smoke and fire. As you soar over the massive army of abominations you see familiar creatures, the large brutes, the floating sacks of flesh and energy, the zombie like humanoids, the centipede like amalgams. The vision flies closer to a single mountain peak and you see a cavern exposed in the side of the mountain face. As you soar into this cavern, past the black snow outside the entrance, the tunnel opens up to a massive exposed interior. You see a city of sorts beneath you and you see lines of humans in cages, in shackles, imprisoned, being led into large structures to be conscripted into Naito’s army. You see a massive structure in the center of the city, looming above the activity below. As you approach the top of the tower, you see a massive stone throne and a hooded figure. Naito throws back his hood and looks you in the eye. He smiles as the vision flickers and then cuts off.
