Wondrous Item, uncommon This rune-covered brass tube is about 4 inches long with a silvery tuning fork sticking out of the middle of its side. When you look into this tube you can see a dark semi-transparent lens right under the tuning fork. You can take 10 minutes to attune the fork to residual energy from a different plane, by casting the ritual inscribed on the brass tube. After attuning the fork, you can see into the other plane through the, now pale blue, lens. If the observed plane is parallel to the plane where the telescope is at, you can view the space around your position. If the observed plane is not parallel you can view the space around the point where the residual energy was from.
