Perception Filter Cloak

A gift from a drow Oracle who likes to stay just out of sight. If ever you see something move at the edge of your vision, just for a second, that's her. That's always her.
Wearing this cloak causes the creature's gaze to glance over you, allowing you to easily blend in in crowds or move stealthily even in broad daylight.
While wearing this cloak you have advantage on Stealth checks. You additionally have advantage on Intelligence checks when attempting to disguise yourself as ordinary, unassuming, and forgettable, using the cloak as the primary means of your disguise.
Creatures have disadvantage on Perception checks to oppose your Stealth or Intelligence (Disguise) check. If there are no other prominent objects, creatures, or walls present within 10 feet of you creatures trying to perceive you roll without disadvantage. Creatures with familiarity to you and your use of the cloak also roll without disadvantage when trying to perceive you. Any creature who is specifically watching you don the cloak is immune to its effect and perceives you as normal as long as your remain within its sight. Creatures with True Sight roll without disadvantage when contesting your Stealth check, and see through any attempt to disguise yourself entirely if relying on the cloak. Creatures with Blindsight, Blindsense, and Tremorsense are immune to the effects of the cloak.
As an action the cloak can be laid over an object no larger than 3'x3', or along a 5' plane. A DC 13 Perception check is required to perceive the object as not apart of the surrounding terrain. If the cloak or whatever is under the cloak moves significantly the effect is lost.
