A massive fantasy world with extensive lore that can be explored by the players as they go along on their adventures.
Naalnore
Home of Qestrus' oldest people; the Elves, as well as the nation of Issalfyr. Once known for their great military strength, this powerful nation is the birthplace of diplomacy and it home to the Grand Halls of Tanyth (the father of diplomacy), which is used for policical purposes. The current ruler of Issalfyr is Queen Kythaela Vathyra.
Sephra
Sephra is home to many races and creatures and is well known for it's many Guilds and renowned heros of the many great wars that have ocurred over the span of Qestrus' lifetime. The current ruling house of Ephiria is House Vex, whose current head is High King Mithridates Vex, son of Icral Vex. The continent is separated into three nations: Ephiria, Éadfara, and...
The Eternal Frost
The Northern country of Sovranfjell is older than its southern neighbor, Sephra; believed to be the birthplace of humans, as the first men were said to have migrated south to Sephra from the Eternal Frost in the North. Sovranfjell is home to many clans of the Eternal Frost, once separated from one another, now joined together under one clan: Eskil. Their traditions, though strange to most, include the taming and slaying of Dragons. When a child of the Frost is of age, they are sent to the Draken Summits to either tame or slay a Dragon before being allowed back to the settlement. The current de facto ruler of the people of Sovranfjell is Dragonslayer Hjalkar of Clan Eskil, who was given the title of Warlord due to his status as the current Dragonslayer of the Endless Frost.
The Scorched Sands
Consisting of two warring nations: Al'Nazara and Vaddugh, this continent is, by far, the most hostile known to the people of Qestrus. Al'Nazara and Vaddugh, though rivaled, share a strict warrior culture that believes strength is the best difining attribute of any of it's citizens, often relying on combat to settle disputes, though they are not opposing in diplomacy.
Vor Thurum
The continent of Vor Thurum has been the home of the Dwarves since their migration three years after the end of the Twilight Scourge. Although most of the Dwarven people stay in their mountain cities, there are some who live on the plains of Vor Thurum, quickly developing a savage warrior culture. While the mountain dwelling Dwarves are known for their craftmanship, their plain dwelling kin are best known for their demon hunting/slaying abilities and are often hired as demon hunters.
