Class Description

Applied Magic is an immersive class taught by Professors Adrix and Nev at Strixhaven University. Designed for students who have a solid foundation in magic theory, this class focuses on the practical application of magical knowledge and skills in real-world scenarios. Students learn to harness their magical abilities and explore the practical implications of their magical studies.  

Course Content

Practical Spellcasting Techniques

Students refine their spellcasting techniques through hands-on exercises and practical challenges. They learn to cast spells with precision, efficiency, and adaptability, taking into account various environmental factors and dynamic situations. Students practice spellcasting under the guidance of Adrix and Nev, receiving personalized feedback and honing their magical prowess.  

Magical Problem-Solving

This section emphasizes the application of magical knowledge in problem-solving scenarios. Students analyze complex magical challenges, develop creative solutions, and apply their understanding of magical principles to overcome obstacles. They work individually and in teams, collaborating to devise innovative approaches to magical dilemmas.  

Enchantment and Artifact Creation

Students delve into the art of enchantment and artifact creation, harnessing their magical skills to imbue objects with specific magical properties. They explore the principles of material manipulation, sigil crafting, and energy channeling to create powerful and practical magical artifacts. Under the guidance of Adrix and Nev, students unleash their creativity and bring their magical ideas to life.
