Personality Characteristics
Representation & Legacy
Dan, and most of the Oakburne Coalition know of “Fulcan”, as does several of the town to varying degrees. Though many have heard third-person recounts and warnings, some have seen her and her effects on the wild-life. Many think she’s an angered or corrupted nature spirit taking revenge on logger, others think she a spirit that haunts the woods, but others know the myths surrounding her origin: A druidic tribe that lived in the region before Oakburnes inception. The druids were at odds with the settlers, who were cutting down the forest and cursed the town. Incensed, a large group the settlers confronted them, an argument that led up to an all-out battle, and resulting in the complete desolation of the druids. All, but one little girl, that was rumored to have gotten away. In the recent years, it seemed that curse has come to fruition. Some have even said that they’ve seen Fulcan themselves, all these years later. The myth (or history) is a point of shame to Oakburne, so many who know keep it to themselves and hidden away from the public.
