The estate was built for a demonstration of the new housing style in 20 AA, though that soon fell through.

The building was abandoned in 19 AA, so it was completely restored in 8 QY.

Architecture

The building is built mainly out of a clean, dark-red brick, with a dark grey roof. Its windows are black and with thin frames, which stand out in the walls. The property has a wrought-iron fence and stone pathways leading up to and around the house.

History

The Astana Estate at Whistlebeam House was built around 20 AA, though it was abandoned after one year of use. For 26 years it sat vacant, until it was purchased and refurbished by Hirlia Astana.
