Elves from the Woodland of Lithoniel meet with wizards from Therana and establish a trade alliance.

In 740 AA, the Elven Lords sent a delegate to meet in Istara, where they met with the High Wizard. The two groups aimed for a mutually beneficial trading relationship and thus sparked the beginning of positive dealings with the elves and wizards.
