Men of the Archipelago discover the first Siren City and send an enchantress to destroy it, ending the Era of Interaction and beginning the Quiet Age.

Several marauding tribes who had settled upon the archipelago had come across mermaids and mermen in their waters, and so far being unable to converse with the sirens, decided that it was a good idea to destroy their city, as the mermaids and mermen were seen as a threat. They found an enchantress named Morgana, one of the local folk, and sent her to destroy the city. Most of it was eventually obliterated, but the ruins of the first palace remain, and Morgana disappeared from the sight of the Archipelago men. In later years, several Archipelago kings made amends and publicly apologized to the Sirens for the actions taken against them.
