Khaseth-Ra sneaks into Therana's borderlands and establishes a secret tower-outpost on the northern Cliffs of Peril.

It is said that the construction of the now-crumbling Griffin Tower took only several months, but managed to tower over the edge of the cliff and the surrounding woodlands alike. In 420 AA, following the settlement of Khasepalia, Emperor Khaseth-Ra went north to settle a personal stronghold, wherein he hid his precious treasures and secrets.
