Session 2: Falling Into Place Report
General Summary
Lucas and Ives go to see if they can get some Hunters to join. They go to the bar and meet up with Reverend Ezekeial (Zeke) Jones who tells them that he helped Father Edward to try and figure out the demon's name that killed Ive's family. They then go to talk to Jeb Walker, the former Marine, who gives them some night vision goggles to go look in the woods for the possibly possessed little girl, Amelia. They the head out to go see if they can find her.
They drive out to the little girl's trailer and start investigating. The trailer was on stilts to keep from flooding and they parked Ive's Jeep down by the base and went up the steps. While investigating they found a cracked window and could smell something rotting inside so they decide to go back and call the police. On their way back to the Jeep they hear a noise and realize that it's one of the tires popping. Ive's sees a creature in the night vision goggles that Jeb let them borrow but when they shine lights on it they disappear. They change the tire but right as they get it changed something pierces the tire on the other side and cackles into the night. They decide to ward the Jeep and Lucas uses his True Faith to drive them off. The creatures get angry and scatter as they take refuge in the Jeep. They try to get out with their cellphones but realize the demon is intercepting them and playing with them. Lucas texts Father Joshua and tries to test to see if it's the demon but it passes his test.
