Their form transmutes with the emotion of the follow she appears to, but typically will appear as a tall slender female humanoid with varying sets of horns that grow across her crown.

Personal history
It's not fully understood where Argyroneta came from, but the belief is that once mortal kind landed on the Material Plane their emotions slowly formed the avatar of Argyroneta underground. Simultaneously, the chaos of the void began to form in the magma rocky depths of the underside of the Material. A mirror of the mortals on the surface began to form and these became the first Fiends.
Although the fiends do not directly worship Argyroneta, their form slowly began to mold to her image. The strongest of each of the negative chaos emotions began to rise and gain a following.
