Summary
Seolfor-The-Coalition-Of-Sceliana was forged in fire, steel and trust of their fellow kin, selforan's are renown for their resilience against adversity and efforts to maintain independence through co-operation with their fellow kin of the Sceliana Rift; The Aksion's, Nokrbern, Rhein, and Angles. Seolfor's capital city is Rahalpneuma, The-Lucid-City. This great structure was built within the underground revine becoming a hot spot for innovation, democracy, and liberty.
Government
Seolfor's government is a democratic parliamentary system controlled by the people of the Coalition of Sceliana. The Prime Minister is known as the Serafeim, the ambassadors are called the Emir, the head General is known as the Roshloche, the head of intelligence of Seolfor is known as the Beldamore, and the Mayors of cities, smaller provinces, and colonies within the Hekatomb’s are known as the Faqir. There are three branches of government; the Ashmedaian-Chamber (Legislative), the Seravothic-Council (Judicial), and the Luciferan-Convocation (Executive). Seolfor’s is a three way party system. These parties are called the Aeravothic (Conservative), Purgavithic (Centrist), and Daimonthistic (Progressive) parties. Voting is held by the Selforans who vote for a candidate appointed by the three party members for election.
History
Seolfor was originally was made up of a collection of separate tribes living within the Sceliana-Rift, however Etziluth colonized this rift for its resources. The peoples of the Rift were persecuted and treated as second class citizens and thoughtless barbarians. Etziluth's imperialism and subsequent colonization created the circumstances for the peoples of the Sceliana-Rift; the Aksion's, Nokrbern, Rhein, and the Angles to unite against their oppressers however context is needed. The selforan’s were heavily targeted by Etziluth as they raced to outpace Asiyah. During this period of time, Seolfor, or the Sceliana-Rift, was a colony under militant rule, and after years of subjugation the tribes of Sceliana united as The-Coalition-of-Sceliana, and established themselves as a formal city-state, now known as Seolfor. Seolfor’s war for independence lasted 55 years and these conflicts are known as The-Scelian-Etzilu-War. Seolfor’s separation from Etziluth left the populace wary of Heka and Phúsinistism for a long period of time due to superstition, resentment, and fear from Etziluth’s occupation. This decision would prove to leave Seolfor technologically behind compared to the rest of the city states who implemented them far earlier than Seolfor. Before switching to Ousía and Phusikós Seolfor relied heavily on the mining industry to obtain materials for cybernetic, digital, and electric based technology. They also relied heavily on selling geothermal energy produced by the region's close proximity to magma pockets. However despite Seolfor finally integrating Ousía and Phusikós technology. Geothermal energy is still widely used as a power source for the regions of Seolfor, primarily in rural areas. To compensate for their technological disadvantage Seolfor has allied themselves with Etziluth’s enemies Asiyah and Malkuk in an effort to both share technology and fight against their common enemy. Despite this Phúsinistism has become a staple in densely populated, such as the capital city of Rahalpneuma.
Geography
Seolfor is the warmest region within Boden, primarily using geo-thermal energy to power their colonies, cities, and other settlements in their control within Boden and the Hekatombs. Rich in geothermal energy, regions surrounding the seat of power within Seolfor; Rahalpneuma, is surrounded by dry terrestrial cave systems, magma
rivers, and hot springs.
Sceliana-Rift is the main region where Rahalpneuma was built, a large underground ravine Seolfor continues to use for its mining operations.
