People of Time and Grace While elves, or Haltia as they know themselves, are uncommon in Raijonen they still command a certain authority wherever they go. Envoys of the Illeanteon Empire, they hold themselves with a solemn beauty and grace that comes from a long history of stewardship over the lands. While some may scoff at their persnickety ways, only a fool would make an enemy of these proud people.
