Count Mendius Finch

The ruler of the town of Varna. Claims to be descended from Emperor Oshiro.
He was not surprised to find that his brother, Feldon Finch, had died under mysterious circumstances. Mendius spend most of his life pulling his brother back from the edge, as his brother seemed to have constantly bitten off more than he could chew. But he does mourn his brother's death, as he had genuine affection for him.
