It is from this book that Flint Paelun learned that Captain Stancliff Preston was in love with Akari Oshiro. But it seems she loved Mahavir Burman and not Captain Preston. It is written by a servant who served in the house of Emperor Oshiro. The house consisted of Emperor Oshiro and his two daughters Akari and Kasumi Oshiro. No mention is made of their mother.
