Mikal Squallheart

Mikal is a wind concordant and hedge Binder. He has a flighty, mercurial nature and goes where the winds may take him. He seems easy going at first, but is also haughty and quick to anger often resorting to violence.
Our protagonists from Olkedo encountered him in the forest, trying to exact a toll from them for crossing a bridge. They defeated him in a Majimonster battle thus avoiding the toll. But perhaps they have not seen the last of Mikal. Have they gained a new rival?
