Orchantress

The Orchantress was born in the town of Greenmaze. At age 5 she started displaying signs of blight, a mysterious and deadly disease, and her parents abandoned her in the jungle so that the blight would not spread to others in town. She and her best friend Vinomancer, who was also abandoned, made their way to a vast temple in the jungle, the Temple of the Gods. In the temple they found a statue of a pretty lady with vines wrapped around her. They wove a crown of flowers for her head and their blight was miraculously cured. Drajules appeared in their hands and the first majimonsters they found in the forest bound themselves to the drajules. With their new majimonster protectors they were able to survive in the forest, and forgot all about their former life in Greenmaze.
Later in life the pair found great destruction in their forest home. They learned that the source of the destruction was Greenmaze and vowed to stop them at any cost.
