Sapphire Representative

A seat on the Gem Council of Bismuth. The Sapphire Representative's duty is to make sure Bismuth's trade runs smoothly and is profitable. They bring any issues affecting trade to the rest of the council. This seat is often held by merchants, business owners, and sometimes trade caravaners.
This seat works closely with the Diamond Representative to ensure that there are plenty of mined stones and metals to export. They also work closely with the Ruby Representative to secure safe passage for trade caravans.
