Topaz Representative

A seat on the Gem Council of Bismuth. The Topaz Representative's duty is to keep a weather eye on Bismuth's infrastructure and bring new building projects to the attention of the other council members. This seat is often held by builders, carpenters, and architects.
This seat must work with the Diamond Representative on the building of new mines, the Emerald Representative on building new farms, larders, and granaries, and the Ruby Representative on making sure that building projects are done safely and don't compromise the security of the town.

The length of a term on the Gem Council is 5 years, but there is no limit on how many terms one can serve.
