Visitor District

Introduction

The district of Shardholm that makes itself available to outsiders. Many of the buildings here are inns, taverns, or embassies from other settlements. According to Shardholm law, no citizen is allowed to take up residency or rent rooms from any establishment within the Visitor District to ensure there is always room for those in need. To ensure each building is able to sustain itself without local commerce, any building not designated an embassy is given tax relief and a small yearly income.
