Bluebeard is the Darklord of the island Blaustein.

Personal history
Born into nobility, Bluebeard came to rely on his great wealth and charisma where his brashness and uncomely appearance failed him. He married many wives, but each inevitably failed to heed his instruction never to enter a locked room in his home. As punishment, Bluebeard murdered the disobedient wife and married again, only for his next wife to repeat the former's mistake. Eventually, the weight of Bluebeard's crimes drew the attention of the Dark Powers. The Mists rose around his island estate and absorbed it into the Sea of Sorrows. Bluebeard's wives then rose as vengeful specters, which torment him to this day.
