A goblin artificer.
This finely dressed goblin will greet you with a grin of sharp teeth with the kind of disposition of a cat to a mouse. He can often be found on the streets of Precinct Six with other popup stalls, hocking wares and lofty promises of their unique and valuable origins. If he doesn't have what you're looking for, he'll cut a deal to find it, and his prices are reasonable, even willing to do some more under-the-table work for the right price.
