This pipe has 3 charges for the following properties. It regains 1d4 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the flutes last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the flute crumbles into ashes and is destroyed.
A beautiful crystal flute, when played, will put anyone listening to sleep. The spell DC is 8, plus the musicians Charisma modifer. The targets, the musician included, must save on a Constitution saving throw or be put to Sleep for 1 minute.
