You attempt to force the elements in a Construct or Non-Magical Item towards their decay with your mana.
If the target is a Construct creature, make a Magic Attack roll against it. On a Hit it deals 1d12 + Spellcasting Modifier Necrotic Damage.
If the target is a non-magical item, object, or machine under 5 by 5 square feet in size, the wielder of such an object must make a Dexterity Saving Throw or the item deals 1d4 less weapon damage on its next successful attack. An item not being worn or carried automatically fails the saving throw.
