Caster chooses a creature in range and forces them to make a Strength Saving Throw or have their maximum movement speed reduced by half and be unable to Fly for the duration. If the target is already flying when they come under the effect of this spell, they forcefully descend, taking whatever fall damage they incur, but only falling at a rate equal to their speed. Target may repeat the save at the end of each of their turns, ending the spell's effect on a success. If the spell ends before they hit the ground, the target may return to flight without incurring any damage
