Target one humanoid within range and force them to make a Constitution Saving Throw in an attempt to hold them with magical bindings. While bound in this way a humanoid is restrained in cuffs of mana that make it hard for them to move. This creature can attempt to escape on their turn using an action to retake their save. The target takes 2d6 radiant damage for each attempt.
