Selesnya Conclave Spell
This spell wards a number of willing creatures equal to your spell casting modifier that you can touch and creates a mystic connection between you and the targets until the spell ends. While any of the targets are within 60 feet of you, they gain a +1 bonus to AC and saving throws, have resistance to all damage, and can take 2 Reactions each turn.
Whenever one of the warded creatures are targeted by a single target spell, that spell automatically targets the creature concentrating on this spell instead.
The spell ends if you drop to 0 hit points or if you and all of the targets become separated by more than 60 feet. It also ends if the spell is cast again on either of the connected creatures. You can also dismiss the spell as an action.
