Enchant a weapon you're currently holding until the spell ends. Successful Attacks with that weapon deal an additional 1d6 Poison and 1d6 Necrotic Damage. The creature it hits makes a Constitution Saving Throw or becomes Poisoned for the next 24 Hours. If the creature becomes Poisoned this way, they can make another Constitution Save at the end of each of their turns, ending the poison on a success.
An Item enchanted by this spell that is thrown stays under the spells effect long enough to deal damage and impose the Constitution Save, but afterwards, hit or miss, the item loses this effect.
When cast at higher levels, the damage increases by 1d6 per level above 1 for each type of damage that this spell produces.
