Target creature size Large or Smaller within range makes a Charisma (?) Saving Throw. On a success, Target creature takes 3d4 Necrotic (?) Damage. On a Failure, target creature is enchanted for the duration. While under this spells effects, the target creature takes 2d4 Damage after every Attack they make on their turn. If they have multi-attack, this stacks. While this spell is active and the enchanted creature is in range, you may, as an Action on your turn, compel the enchanted creature to use the Attack Action at some point on their next turn. The enchanted creature may still choose who to Attack themselves. At the end of each turn that they take damage from this spell, the enchanted creature may re-roll the Save, ending the spell on a success.
