Gruul Clans Spell   You and any creatures under your control that are in range deal 1d4 more weapon damage on their turns for the spell's duration.   This spell cannot be countered.   As you cast this spell, you may choose to have your turn (as well as the turns of creatures under your control and currently in range) moved to the top of Initiative order after you take your current turns on this round. If you do, it stays at the top for this spell's duration. Additionally, if this spell ends before you and creatures under your control and in range at the time of casting have taken a turn at the top of Initiative, you still take your turns at the top of next round, however they return to their original spots right after.   You may cast this spell without concentration if you are already concentrating on a different spell that is allowing you to control creatures. If you choose to do so, this spell ends when your other spell ends, or when 1 Minute is up, whichever comes first.
