You launch a mortar of compressed magic to a point in range where it detonates and creates devastating concussive blast of energy. Creatures within 30 ft of the point must make a Constitution Saving Throw, taking 4d10 force damage and 4d10 fire damage on a fail and half as much on a success. Additionally, those who fail the save are knocked prone. Whether they succeed or fail, any creature in range is Deafened until the end of their next turn.
This damage is double for structures and objects.
This spell cannot be countered.
When cast at higher levels the radius of the blast increases by 10 ft and the damage increases by 1d10 for each level above 7th that it was cast at. You get to choose whether this additional damage is Force or Fire as you cast it.
