Laws and Leadership

Ravnica is a plane where belief in ideals can create raw power, where ghosts manifest after nearly every death, and where the laws and code of conduct are not always cut-and-dry. In order to survive day to day life, Ravnicans both Guildless and with a Guild Membership must know the rules and follow them, in front of the right people at least.
