An official within the Orzhov Syndicate, Hiram Burrows expressed interest in F'liek (a low ranking Adkovist PC) pursuing a debtor and the Enforcer tasked with collecting their debt.
The debtor is a Dekvarin Elf from the undercity named Peren, and the Enforcer is a middle aged human male named Tibor Val.
Tibor does not work under Hiram and nor is Peren's debt his propert, but he is still invested in information about them both as they seem to have dropped off the map, and neither of their spirits have been summoned to Orzhova suggesting they are both still living.
Hiram will approach F'liek the next time they are at the Guild Games venue, frustrated that he has received no news about the whereabouts of the debtor and the enforcer.
He will advise if the information is delivered he will reward F'liek with a Thrull, if he fails he will see to it that his reputation is tarnished.
