Palace of Pains Pleasure
One of the locations frequented by Ophyria's brothel/carnival. The Rakdos troupe of "entertainers" occupy the Palace, a destructive construct that doubles as a venue for these tricksters and strumpets. The Palace was located on Tin Street when Bellov's Galvanice Weird was repossessed by a party employed by Bellov. Little did Ophyria know that an Orzhov debt collector took the chaos as an opportunity to break into her private quarters and steal pages from her ledger. It contained information on the collector's quarry named Peren, an elf hiding out in a Golgari neighbourhood Brobourg. It also also notes a curio Peren took from Ophyria, the Felicity Triskelion.

Palace of Pain's Pleasure
As you make your way down Tin Street, you see Nivix, the massive guildhall of the Izzet dominating the eastern sky. On the street in front of the tower, stands a three story stone structure. The outer walls of this monstrous construct are crafted of stone. The front gate looks like an enormous skull. A long stage, lined with barbed wire extends from the gaping maw.
